Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Fixly | Senior Software Engineer (Backend, Node.js) | Poland | Remote | 2 days in office per month | Polish language required | Contract Fixly is one of the largest service marketplaces in Poland, connecting customers directly with local service providers - from handymen and electricians to accountants and language instructors. We're a product team building the platform that helps thousands of professionals find work every day. We're looking to bring on a Senior Software Engineer on a B2B contract. Remote-first within Poland, with one 2-day onsite in Poznań each month. Polish language required. What we're looking for: - Strong backend experience with Node.js - Senior-level engineer comfortable owning systems end-to-end - Not afraid to engage with the product side - thinking about users, trade-offs, and what we're actually building, not just how Big pluses: - DevOps experience - AWS experience - Frontend, Golang, or mobile experience If you're a backend engineer who's also picked up infra/cloud chops along the way, we'd love to talk.
