Tenera | San Francisco, CA | Onsite | Founding Engineer (Full-Time) Tenera (https://trytenera.ai) is building the product decision layer for agents and humans, backed by a top tier VC (announcing soon). We help teams validate what they build across the entire software development lifecycle, grounding AI personas in real user behavior and business context, then proving them out by replaying past product decisions. We are a small, exceptionally talented team (ex-Amazon, Nvidia, Uber, Stanford, CMU) hiring our first engineer. We work onsite in SF five days a week (open to relocation for the right person) and offer meaningful founding equity. This is an unconventional role. We want an "agent-native" engineer. If you are still writing every function by hand, this isn't for you. You will orchestrate multiple coding agents in parallel, managing worktrees, concurrency, and shared context, while owning the architecture decisions that matter most: big data pipelines, schema design, system tradeoffs, and evals. Requirements: 3+ years shipping full-stack apps, comfortable with LLM infrastructure and tracing, fluent with git worktrees and isolated workspaces, and strong product taste. Active GitHub contributors preferred. Interested? Email: suzie@trytenera.ai
