Every change needs to be reviewed before launch. Humans currently do most of that work. We are automating it. The challenge isn't generating text. The challenge is building systems that can be wrong almost never. We're looking for: - Forward Deployed Engineers who enjoy sitting with customers, figuring out what's actually broken, and building solutions faster than a roadmap ever could. - Applied AI Engineers who obsess over retrieval, evaluation, orchestration, reliability, and all the ways AI systems fail in production.
