We're building accountability infrastructure for enterprise AI in regulated financial environments — the trust, evidence, and audit layer that lets banks and regulators actually rely on AI. Pre-revenue, ground floor, looking for the founding technical leader who will architect it and write the production code that becomes the company's core.
You're likely a current Principal/Staff Engineer, Senior Architect, or Tech Lead ready for your first executive seat while still building hands-on. What matters most: strong software/platform architecture and distributed systems; real security-engineering depth (cryptography, PKI, key management, immutable logging, evidence integrity); cloud-native infra (AWS, CI/CD, IaC) and enterprise API design; and enough fluency with modern AI/LLM systems to grasp why AI needs oversight and accountability. Bonus: RegTech/FinTech/identity background, or nCino/Salesforce/core-banking integration experience.
This is a mission and a ground-floor opportunity, not a paycheck play. Compensation discussed directly.
