We're rewriting ~75% of resortpass.com this year, focusing on Core Web Vitals, SEO, performance, and developer experience. Roadmap this year is aggressive: international expansion (Mexico/Caribbean, then Europe), moving search off Algolia in-house, a new Hotel SaaS product, Spa as a new business line. AI features (concierge chat, AI booking assistant) are also landing on this frontend, so there's exposure there too. You'll help lead large frontend initiatives, define architecture, mentor engineers, and work closely with Product and Backend teams. Tech: React 19, Next.js 16 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Playwright, Datadog, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS.
