Founding Product Designer/PM

Comograph — replacing resumes with verified proof of work. Engineers complete real challenges, get a capability score, and are hired on evidence, not credentials. We're two pre-seed founders looking for a founding Product Designer/PM — someone to own the entire design system and UX (engineers + employers) from scratch, and help shape the roadmap, not just execute briefs. Looking for someone who's shipped real products, thinks in systems, pushes back on bad ideas, and is comfortable with total ambiguity. Two-sided platform/marketplace experience a big plus. Honest caveat: no salary yet, pre-revenue. What's on offer is founder-level equity and real ownership.
