Technical Lead (Hands-On Distributed Systems)

*OneChronos | Technical Lead (Hands-On Distributed Systems) | NYC (HQ) | Flexible | Full-Time* We're looking for a *Technical Lead* to help shape the high-performance trading systems powering our periodic auction matching infrastructure. This is an engineering-first leadership role where you'll spend the majority of your time building production software while guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and leading some of our most challenging initiatives. We build production systems in Rust and are looking for engineers with meaningful Rust, C++, or Java experience, particularly from backend or systems-oriented environments. We're also hiring exceptional Systems Engineers interested in tackling low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems at scale.
