Staff Product Engineer

Kyra Health | Senior & Staff Product Engineers | Python / TypeScript | Remote (USA) We're building software that helps employers replace traditional group health insurance with individual plans, making healthcare less expensive and easier to navigate for everyone involved. We're doing it now because recent regulatory changes and advances in AI have made it possible. We're building at the intersection of healthcare, fintech, compliance, and AI. Implementation is getting cheaper; engineering judgment is not. We're looking for engineers who enjoy turning ambiguous problems into production systems, working across product and architecture, reviewing AI-generated code, building leverage through automation, and shipping quickly without creating a maintenance disaster. Strong Python or TypeScript experience (or equivalent), good judgment, and good communication are more important to us than checking every box.
