Data Engineer

Well | Data Engineer | Python / SQL / Node.js / Terraform | Remote (USA, most states) or Onsite (NYC, NC, MA) We're building a consumer health engagement platform that integrates concierge services, behavioral health, telemedicine, and care management to improve member health outcomes and lower costs. We're building at the intersection of healthcare, behavioral economics, big data, cloud infrastructure, and AI. We're looking for data engineers who enjoy building scalable ETL processes, creating core data tooling, ingesting billions of rows across AWS, GCP, and BigQuery, and working closely with software, DevOps, and data science teams while maintaining strict HIPAA data safety standards. 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), along with solid Python, SQL, Node.js, and/or Terraform skills. Experience with healthcare data (claims, EHRs, wearables) is a plus, but strong engineering fundamentals and good communication matter most. Remote in approved US locations, or hybrid/onsite in Chapel Hill (NC), Newton/Boston (MA), or NYC. Salary: $115k–$145k + bonus potential & benefits.
