Founding Marketing Lead

We’re building an AI-native platform that helps homeowners connect with contractors, and we’re looking for a Toronto-based founding marketing lead to join us early. We need someone who genuinely understands how to make people pay attention. Someone who can help shape the brand, create great content, build a strong social presence, design sharp visuals, edit video, and come up with ideas that actually feel fresh. This is an equity-based founding role, so we’re looking for someone who wants real ownership and is excited by the idea of helping build something from the ground up. We’re open to people from every background and aren't really sticklers for formal credentials. What matters to us is your creative instinct, the quality of your work, and your ability to make people pay attention. Toronto-based is important.
