We replace messy spreadsheets with automated merit cycles, compensation bands, AI configuration, and real-time total rewards analytics for growing companies. We're hiring a full-stack Product Engineer to join our early team in SF. You’ll have green-field ownership over core product development, shipping end-to-end features while leveraging modern AI tools to ship fast. Ideal candidate profile: - Experience in building, shipping, and maintaining software products - Full-stack skillset with the ability to rapidly learn and ship products end-to-end - Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, optimize workflows, and maintain high code quality - High-agency mindset with a strong sense of data and product taste, capable of acting as an end-to-end owner from user feedback to deployment - Ability to take ownership in a fast-moving environment & thoughtfully balance speed vs. perfection - Great product/business sense, strong communication skills, and willingness to take on growth challenges - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team members (Product, Design, Marketing & Sales) Requirements: - Must be located in / willing to work hybrid in SF - Must have existing US work authorization without company sponsorship Role details & application: https://www.aeqium.com/careers/product-engineer Or reach out directly: careers@aeqium.com
