Mondrio | Founding Product Engineer | San Francisco | ONSITE | $200k – $250k plus equity Mondrio (https://mondrio.io) builds agentic pricing management: AI agents plus pricing experts that keep B2B pricing current rather than a one-off, one-time exercise. The founding team ran 150+ pricing engagements before starting the company and are translating that expertise to shape the next frontier of pricing in the agentic era. The role comes with significant scope and high autonomy. You will own the full product lifecycle: customer discovery -> rapid prototyping -> agent-ready specs -> shipping via agentic orchestration -> o11y and evals -> growth & expansion. Here are some domains you will ship: - Multi-agent simulation to emulate the behavior of a buying committee - A2A pricing interactions governed by OPA/Rego policies defined from natural language - Generative UX driven by a MCP server with full system capabilities access - Autonomous quote generation and real-time deal intelligence during sales calls We don't have PMs or product designers so you serve as the product bridge between the founders, pricing experts, and engineering. If you're a mature engineer, looking to work with a very senior/staff team across the stack: customers, models, server, clients (web, TUI, chatbots), evals, then this is the role for you.
