We evaluate frontier language, image, video, speech and hardware systems across quality, speed and pricing. Our work is used by AI labs, engineers, enterprises, investors, policymakers and major publications to understand how the frontier is moving. We’re a team of 40+ and expect to roughly double this year. We’re hiring across: - AI/ML and research: Senior AI/ML Engineer; Members of Technical Staff focused on applied AI research, language-model evaluations, inference, speech, AI hardware and robotics - Software engineering: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer working with TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase and data visualization - Forward-deployed engineering: Language Models and Media Generation - Product: AI Hardware, AI Speech, and Image & Video Generation - Commercial: Technical, client-facing MTS roles for people from strategy consulting or technical/startup backgrounds - Operations and recruiting: Business Operations Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter You’ll work directly with frontier models and the organizations building them, help define how AI systems are evaluated, and publish data and analysis used across the industry. Important: these are in-office roles in San Francisco or Melbourne, depending on the role. We are not hiring remotely and cannot sponsor visas.
