Senior Software Engineer

Veo Technologies | Senior Software Engineer (Rust, Python, C, Embedded Linux) | Copenhagen, Denmark | ONSITE | Full-time Veo makes an AI sports camera. One camera on any pitch records the match from several sensors, stitches them into one continuous view, and our models track every player and the ball for the whole game. Coaches and players get stats like goals, possession and passes. You will build Rust and Python user-space apps on our embedded Linux camera, and help shape the firmware architecture and Linux platform. You won't be writing drivers or doing low-level hardware work. Day to day that means Yocto system services, D-Bus and device trees, BLE/Wi-Fi with GATT and Protobuf protocols to our mobile apps, cloud integrations (REST, S3, OpenTelemetry), and diagnostics across a fleet of devices. You will work closely with our AI, video and cloud teams. Stack: Rust, Python, C, Yocto/OpenEmbedded (meta-tegra), Zephyr, NixOS, GitHub Actions, AWS S3, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loggly. Looking for: 5+ years of experience, fluency in at least two of Rust/Python/C, and experience with embedded Linux (Yocto) and BLE/Wi-Fi. MCU/RTOS experience is a plus.
