We have fully embraced AI and are using it to both offer agentic solutions in Burp AT and completely rewire how the company itself works. Doing this requires instinctive builders who can't see an inefficiency without needing to rationalise it and are brimming with creativity. The AI Pioneer role is a unique chance to be a part of this, you will rove all across the business, doing everything from overhauling sales workflows to reinventing recruiting pipelines. You will need to have had experience in building and shipping - but this can have been in any capacity, any background, from engineering to marketing, is welcomed, so long as the work has been excellent.
