All Gravy | Senior Software Engineer (Full-stack TypeScript) | Copenhagen or London | REMOTE (European time zones) or ONSITE | Full-time
All Gravy is one app for running frontline teams in hospitality and retail: scheduling, shift swaps, and an AI assistant that answers staff questions and handles routine tasks. Over 2,000 restaurants and stores use it, including Dishoom, Ottolenghi, Gail's, L'Osteria and 7-Eleven. We've grown 10x in two years.
You own features end to end, from the manager and employee interfaces where schedules are built and shifts get picked up, to the backend services and data layers behind them. We use AI tools heavily in our own work, and we would like you to help shape how the team uses them.
Stack: TypeScript everywhere. React, React Native, Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB.
Looking for: 5+ years of full-stack experience with React/React Native/TypeScript/Node, experience designing fault-tolerant distributed systems, and a startup or scale-up background. Bring concrete examples of how you build with AI tools today. NestJS and MongoDB are a plus.
