NEO Holdings (stealth, regulated commodity markets infrastructure) | Malibu, CA | ONSITE (SoCal preferred) or REMOTE (US) | Full Time We are a funded and backed venture building the regulated base layer for tokenized commodities including the US-regulated trading venue, Mint and benchmarks, bridging institutional commodity markets and on-chain finance. Commodity markets trade tens of trillions a year on infrastructure designed for paper-based trading; we are what comes next. Launching Q1 2027. Roles currently available: VP of Engineering: owns the platform end to end, from on-chain contracts (Avalanche) to the trading engine, custody integrations and institutional-grade security and operations. A VP or SVP who still builds and ships, not one who just manages others; you will have a real say in the architecture before we finalize it and will work with leaders in tech and commodities. You must have done this before: delivered a trading venue or institutional token issuance, end to end. $200K to $300K base plus equity depending on experience and location. Lead Product Manager: works with our partners and customers to ensure the launch product suite is fit for purpose and aligns participant experience across onboarding, trading, collateral and reporting. You must have shipped products in a regulated financial venue, exchange, clearing house or institutional crypto platform, you write the spec yourself, and you have run product through a regulator's questions. $150K to $240K base plus equity.
