We treat model architecture, inference, and runtime as one system. We are hiring several Staff- and Senior-level IC roles and are looking for experienced researchers and engineers, typically with a PhD and several years of research or industry experience, or an equivalent track record. We hire across the following areas: - LLM Post-Training (RLHF, preference optimization, evals) - Speech-to-Speech Models (incl.
