Independent Sales Representative

COi Rubber Products | Independent Sales Representative | REMOTE (US) | Commission (1099) COi Rubber Products, Inc. is a U.S.-based manufacturer and supplier of custom rubber and plastic components, founded in 2013. We serve industrial OEMs across automotive, aerospace, medical, food equipment, agriculture, and energy, with ISO-certified factory partners and full in-house QA. We're growing our independent sales team, the Purple Team. The role: independent B2B sales representative selling custom rubber and plastic parts to manufacturers in your territory. You build relationships with engineers, buyers, and operations teams, quote custom components, and manage accounts from first contact through production. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, commission-based. What we provide: free short guides on selling, business, and the rubber industry through our Purple Team library (coirubber.com/reps/purple-team-library), sales training and quoting support from our Pomona, CA office, and engineering backup for technical questions. Prior rubber industry experience is helpful but not required. Successful representatives are self-motivated, relationship-oriented, and comfortable with long B2B sales cycles.
